Appointment cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least one day before the scheduled appointment.

This provides the clinic with the opportunity to offer the spot to other patients who are waiting for an appointment.

Our policy

• Not turning up to a scheduled appointment, and not letting us know, will result in a ‘no-show fee’ of 100% of the full amount of the service.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session. In this case, we retain the right to charge the full service fee.

• The above fees are payable before the clinic is able to make further appointments for the patient.

• In the event of an unavoidable emergency, we will consider waiving the above fees on a case-by-case basis.
